Sisters Found Dead Sydney

Sisters Found Dead Sydney: The discovery of two decomposing remains in an apartment in Sydney’s southwest has homicide police at a loss for explanations as to how the deaths occurred. The bodies of the sisters, aged 23 and 24, were discovered in different beds inside their house in Canterbury. It is thought that the sisters were citizens of another country.

Their landlord had not received rent for “many weeks,” which prompted a visit from the police, which in turn started an inquiry with few clues. The probe is still ongoing.

The events that led up to the murders are shrouded in mystery due to the absence of any obvious traces of a break-in at the residence as well as any injuries sustained by the corpses.

The flat has been searched for fingerprints by the forensics unit of the police department, and officers have taken bags of possible evidence and cameras from the front of the building.

Following receiving complaints of a buildup of packages and letters outside the mailboxes, investigators have been door-knocking homeowners and chatting to the building’s postman. This comes after the reports of the buildup.

Officers entered the flat shortly after arriving at the scene and discovered both corpses inside.

On Wednesday, Detective Inspector Claudia Allcroft said that the ladies, who have not been formally named, are thought to be between the ages of 23 and 24. Both of their deaths were discovered in different bedrooms inside the apartment, and there were no obvious indications of trauma on either of them.

She told the reporters, “At this moment, we are still very much in the infant stages of the inquiry.”

“We are exploring every possible avenue of the probe. But at this point, it seems like there could be something fishy going on.”

Allcroft said that there were no indications of a forced entry into the flat and that it was too soon to determine when or how the sisters passed away. “We do not know what caused the person to pass away. “Once the postmortem is finished tomorrow, we will have additional information to provide,” she said.

“It has been some time since the corpses have been there. But I won’t be able to tell you how long it will take. That is a question that has to be directed to the coroner.

It was verified by a police spokeswoman that the sheriff was the one who found the deaths earlier that morning as he was accompanying the landlord on a check of the property. The sheriff made the discovery while they were at the property. After more than a month had passed with no rent being paid, the landlord got in touch with the sheriff’s office.

The authorities suspect that the two individuals may be citizens of another country. According to Allcroft, specialized crime scene officers are now conducting an examination of the residence, and a number of goods have already been confiscated. Burwood police detectives and members of the homicide squad are conducting an investigation into the killings and the circumstances surrounding them.

Anyone who believes they may have information that might help investigators should get in touch with the Burwood police station or Crime Stoppers as soon as possible.

Allcroft said that at this point in time, “we are still in the infant stages of this inquiry.” “When we go to any dead person, it’s a really terrible situation, but when we go to two sisters who are gone and regrettably, at this moment, we don’t know why, it’s much more awful,”

Allcroft said that there were no overt indications of harm or access by an unauthorized party; nonetheless, the results of Thursday’s post-mortem examination by the coroner will provide more information to the police. According to her, it seemed as if the corpses had been in that location for some time before they were found.

Throughout the night of Tuesday into Wednesday, detectives investigated the scene and gathered evidence. The police were unable to determine the nationality of the sisters or whether or not there was anyone else living in the apartment at the time of their deaths; however, they did examine the scene and collect evidence.

“We hope to find out the answers to our queries, and we will know more after the post-mortem tomorrow,” said Allcroft. “We will know more after the post-mortem tomorrow.” We strongly encourage anybody who may have information on these sisters or anything strange that may have occurred in the vicinity to get in touch with the local police or Crimestoppers.

Kim Bui, a nearby neighbor, expressed her disbelief and sorrow upon hearing the news of the tragedy. She spoke the following words: “I’m terrified, I’m anxious, and I’m just trying to protect my children so I don’t know what occurred.”

“Yesterday, I saw that there were police vehicles parked outside. When I questioned the guy, he told me that there were two females on level one who had passed away; unfortunately, I do not know what caused their deaths, but it is a really unsettling situation.”

Officers, according to Detective Inspector Claudia Allcroft, will base their next move on the findings of the post-mortem that will be performed.

“A post-mortem examination will be performed tomorrow, and once that is over, we expect to have further information,” she added. “We want to receive this information as soon as it is finished.”

At this point in the investigation, there are no clear indicators of harm; nevertheless, we are still in the first phases of the inquiry.

When they found out about the killings, the residents of the building were stunned. “It comes as a bit of a surprise. You simply never anticipate that it would take place close to you. Even though I didn’t know them, I can’t help but feel terrible about this “one lady stated.

Another lady spoke up and said, “I don’t know what occurred; all I know is that I’m terrified, I’m anxious, and I’m trying to protect my children.” Anybody who may have information should contact the Burwood Police Station at (02) 9745 8499 or Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000, as the police have requested.

Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Detective Inspector Claudia Allcroft said, “It is always a really painful situation when we attend to any dead person’s house, much alone when it is two sisters.”

“This is a really unfortunate turn of events, and we are looking forward to discovering the answers to our inquiries.”

Anyone who believes they may have information that might help investigators should get in touch with the Burwood police station or Crime Stoppers as soon as possible.

Detective Inspector Allcroft said that the remains had been in that location “for some time,” but the police were unable to ascertain how long the bodies had been there.

The flat showed no evidence of having been broken into in any way. On Wednesday, law enforcement officers and investigators went back to the location to continue their investigation of the apartment unit.

On Wednesday morning, when residents were leaving the building to go to work or to take their children to school, they were met with the terrible news that had just been reported.

Neighbors expressed their frustration by stating, “They’re not telling us anything,” adding that they had to wait until the evening news to learn about the fatalities.

Mohamed Saeed, a laborer who works the night shift and lives on the first floor, was taken aback when he realized that two deaths had been discovered on the same level.

He expressed his feelings to the Daily Mail Australia by saying, “I am simply very sorry for them.”
