Ear Nerve Trick: Your ears hear sounds, but the perception of the sounds is your brain. Exercises that improve your knowledge of your brain will allow you to listen better. Two tasks can be attempted here:
Walkthrough the trees, the beach, or a similar area with a little human voice. Concentrate on your world and write what you hear from the birds that chirp to the wind. Repeat this procedure many days in a row to be used to the environmental noise gradually.
Have a partner read you about an unfamiliar subject from a book or magazine. Try repeating exactly what your partner said after every sentence. When you can repeat the word-for-word phrases consistently try the exercise in the background or noisy restaurant again on the TV.
Explained ear wax
Ear wax is also known as cerumen is a natural mechanism for protection against foreign particles, bacteria, and infection within your ear. It is secreted in your exterior ore by special drums and varies in color and consistency between people.
Although a small quantity of ear wax is beneficial, an increase in excess ear wax can cause mild hearing loss and discomfort. See your doctor if you think you’ve been blocked. Never try to dig it yourself because it will harm your wax deeper down into the ear and damage your ear canal or eardrum’s fragile lining3.
