Doug Pederson Salary: Doug Pederson was born in January 1968 in Bellingham, Washington. He was a quarterback, playing in High School Ferndale and playing Northeast Louisians football in his college. From 1992 to 1994, and again in 1995, Pederson played for the Miami Dolphins. In the years 1995-1999 he was associated with Green Bay Packer, in 1999 with Philadelphia Eager, in 2000 with Cleveland Brown and in 2001-2004 with the Packers.
