David Amess Daughter: Amess is the second oldest child born to Sir David Amess and his wife Julia Arnold. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her Basildon-born husband. On October 15, Conservative UK Member of Parliament Sir David Amess was fatally stabbed in the chest while doing his monthly constituency surgery at Belfairs Methodist Church (meeting with constituents). Around noon, the 69-year-old Amess was stabbed multiple times by the 25-year-old assailant after rushing inside the church building with a knife.

The Daily Mail reports that emergency services were called at about 12:05 p.m. to react to the issue. Paramedics responded to the church on Eastwood Road North in Essex and tried to resuscitate Sir David Amess for almost an hour after their arrival. He died, the paramedic guessed, about 3 p.m.

The Essex native attended St Anne Line Primary School before moving to Brentwood Ursuline Convent High School and then to Westcliff-on-St Sea’s Bernard’s High School, where she graduated in 2007.

Amess had formal theatrical training at Queen Mary University of London and the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, among other places.
