Damon Wayans jr. daughter: Damon Kyle Wayans, Jr. was born on November 18, 1982, in Huntington, Vermont. Damon is part of the Wayans family, an entertainment business dynasty that includes a long list of celebrity members. He is the son of well-known comedian Damon Wayans. Damon’s uncles and aunts, notably Keenan Ivory Wayans, Shawn Wayans, Kim Wayans, and Marlon Wayans, are key figures in the entertainment industry. Damon was drawn to acting since he grew up with three younger brothers.
Damon’s father got him a role in the 1994 film “Blankman” when he was 12. He then appeared in the comedy “My Wife and Kids” with his father. Damon’s father modeled the character on him, and Damon eventually returned to the series as a staff writer. Wayans Jr. started his career in the entertainment business a few years later, writing for the sketch comedy series “The Underground” and garnering a standing ovation for his appearance on “Def Comedy Jam.”
He later starred in the film “Dance Flick,” which was produced by family members. Damon Wayans Jr. had a significant break in 2011 when he was cast as the lead in the ABC sitcom “Happy Endings.” Despite favorable reviews, the series was discontinued after three seasons. Damon was nominated for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series at both the NAACP Image Awards and the Critic’s Choice Television Awards for his work on the program.
Damon Wayans Jr. has cast doubt on his baby mother, Aja Metoyer, over her ability to spend all of the child support he provides her! And, most likely, out of the same interest, he has now slapped her with court paperwork for custody of their children.
The parents’ relationship deteriorated on Friday, when the ‘Happy Together’ star notified Metoyer through court filings that he want to modify their present custody arrangement. That is, he seeks exclusive custody of his children, citing Metoyer’s failure to prioritise his girls’ education, as reported by The Blast. The publication also said how Wayan Jr. is questioning Metoyer’s spending habits with child support money since she receives it from both him and NBA star Dwyane Wade, with whom she has a kid.
Damon Wayans Jr., star of “Happy Together,” has informed his reality star baby mama that he intends to modify their custody arrangement and obtain full custody of his children because she is allegedly not taking their daughter’s education seriously and is also questioning how she is spending child support money from him and NBA star Dwyane Wade.
Wayans filed petitions in Los Angeles on Friday requesting that a court modify his present parenting arrangement with “Basketball Wives” actress Aja Metoyer. Former childhood sweethearts, the couple has two kids, aged 13 and 15. Until recently, the meeting affected Metoyer’s primary physical care of the daughters and shared legal custody to both parents.
Wayans has now filed for primary custody of the kids during the week, alleging they are “suffering academically” as a result of their mother’s “inability to prioritise their education.” The actor claims his children are “habitually missing” or tardy to class, and he goes on to cite a slew of additional difficulties he alleges are impacting his children’s school and home life.
Wayans maintains that since Metoyer has primary custody, he is responsible for getting the children to school on time and ensuring they finish their homework.
He alleges that she frequently “puts her personal interests ahead of the children’s,” including reportedly taking one of the daughters on a cruise vacation when she was meant to be in summer school to avoid falling behind in schoolwork.
He further says that Metoyer retaliates against him by denying him access to the daughters when the two have personal disagreements.
Metoyer is not the only celebrity with whom she has children; in 2013, she gave birth to Dwyane Wade’s 4-year-old son, Xavier, when he was on a break from Gabrielle Union.
